Introducing the Tujunga Digs
Geppetto and I moved here in about June of 2009, he eventually move out by the
first week of December, 2009... hence, "Lobo Solo."
I am hoping, some friends and Faeries might want to used this place for some
"not so far from the city" social meetings. I'll make a firepit, a BBQ, and the
kitchen available. Last summer, it was a great place to hang outside. The
summers are hot here and the winters colder than the westside for sure. I kind
of like the extremes.
I have a room for rent if anyone is interested in a country like setting. See pics at bottom of page.
Here's what it looks like from the street. As you can see it's
full of trees, no cement curbs or sidewalks on the street, and a lack of
pavement in the driveway... it's about a half acre I recon.

The driveway entry splits immediately into two paths, one
straight down and the other to the right "C" shape "drive-thru" to the second
gate entry. Lots of fucking parking on the street and on the property. This is
what it looked like when we first arrive in June of 2009. You can see the house
yonder. Parking in front of the house as well as in back.

Lookin' at the house from the other end of the driveway. Can
you see yourself hanging out here?

There's a "Doll House" (shed/room) separate from the house
behind the house shrouded in flimsy style bamboo grass

At the middle of the driveway to the end of the lot is a fence
to the second half of the lot. We since tore this partition down to develop the
back lot you see beyond the fence. We intend to develop the back lot for parking
and workshop structures... but now I'm not so sure if I am moving to Starland.
Just sayin' this lot is huge. The landlord's totally cool with whatever we do to
the place. If I stay here, I'll build a pool and spa... maybe a natural pool
without chlorine, loaded with water plants and fish even.

By September 4, 2009, Geppetto and I had the place jacked with
junk, he with plants and flowers, and I with construction supplies.

Up goes the pavilion on "Organizing Day" to shield the
construction equipment from the elements and to try to tidy up the place. We got
quit a bit of ash from the near by Station Fire, later the rains would come and
boy was I glad I had the good sense to put up the pavilion when I did.

A birthday celebration, my 52nd. Oct 31,2009. from top-left to
right; Surya, David, Geppetto, Derick -one of three biz partners, Dorota (his
wife), Scotty, ? -guy in Yellow, me, Moxie -the dog.

Feb 12th, 2010, we remove the dividing fence with a bobcat,

Just a little ordinary room for rent

One living room wall

The opposite living room wall. Do you like my 3-D lizards?

My bedroom at Samoa... my PURPLE bedroom... NO! Damnit, I did
NOT paint it that color.. it was that way when I moved in. We had no time do any
decorating when we first moved in... but, you know, the purple thing kind of
works! Doesn't it? Come-on, I'm a Faerie! ...Next, "My Altar" page.

So who lives here?... mostly just me and my business partner's
friend, Marcus. My biz partner now seems to live with his girlfriend 7 days a
week, so his friend sleeps in his room. Otherwise Marcus sleeps on the couch.
Like I mentioned, I have one empty room available of three in this house. only
$495/month, utilities included. No pets and no smoking (anything). Must be
employed.
The house is a quiet house, no parties, us early-to-rise worker bees are
typically done by 10:00 PM. We're also poor so we cook a lot. Did I mention I'm
a great cook... I like my steaks rare and my greens fresh.
